Tired Of Being Confused About Religions?

These two verses tell you that God is not the author of disorder, confusion or disarray. Satan has a plan to build up as many barriers as he can against you communicating the message of Christ. Your duty is to exercise your authority over them. It’s easy to dismiss a responsibility when your confused and that’s exactly your enemy’s idea. But the good news is that you know his strategy.
Lets say someone from another faith or religious background asks you,”How is the Christian God different than abc religion or xyz god?” Sometimes we look outwards … what do you know about their god, about them personally, what are the standout points of Jesus in relation to that … slow down and realize that there is only one truth that brings clarity to all of that.
Here’s a question you can ask of anyone to shed some light on who the one true God really is,
“How could the true God reveal himself to us”
a) Creation
b) Ourselves
c) His physical embodiment
d) Our fellow man
e) A record of Himself
f) Countless miracles and signs
g) Accurate predictions of the future
h) Love
i) Justice
j) Mercy
k) a through j
l) None of the above
The answer is k. And this just happens to be the story of Jesus Christ. You see, I don’t think that most people who come to Christ plan on it, or even expect it. They just recognize the Truth.
Everything else is worldly, of a religious tone, a man-made nature, or has been put in place to confuse people into wasting time before they understand the reality of God.
For example: If you’re familiar with self-help, science or psychology, that’s letter b (Ourselves). Pagans are looking primarily to a (Creation). Most religions look to I (Justice). Atheism basically looks to b (ourselves) or l (None of the above).
God, the one true God, is personal in nature and assures your salvation with all the clarity you could ask for you just have to ask the right questions.
You see, there are religions, belief systems, and all kinds of other ways to try and figure out this life on our own. Then, there is being a follower of Christ. Lots of categories to get caught up in but there is only one Truth.
I’ve discovered most Christians are confused when it comes to world religions and how they relate to Christ. It’s no wonder because it’s by design. But here’s the simple picture:
- Adam & Eve
- Abraham had Isaac (Jewish Lineage)
- Abraham had Ishmeal (Muslim Lineage)
- Before, between and after there are countless views
- Jesus brings all of us together (Christians)
